I am a transformational coach and a NHS GP with over 11 years’ experience as a medical doctor (BSc.Hons, MBChB, MRCGP) , based in Manchester. I am also a World Obesity Federation certified practitioner - the “international gold standard” for treating obesity (SCOPE).

As a GP, I talk about healthy habits every day - sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress.
What I noticed - again and again - was this:

People already knew what to do.
They just couldn’t seem to do it.

Rushed for time, I could only scratch the surface. My patients felt frustrated. So did I.

Coaching changed that.
